3. Licensed Insurance Agency
Stillwater Risk Management I, LLC is a licensed insurance agency in the State of Texas. Insurance products described on the Site are underwritten by admitted carriers and subject to those carriers' terms, conditions, exclusions, and availability in your state.
4. Information You Provide
You agree that information you submit through the Site — including the quote form — is accurate, complete, and your own (or that you have authority to submit it on behalf of the named insured). We rely on this information to prepare quotes and proposals. Material misstatements or omissions may affect coverage eligibility or pricing.
5. Phone and Text Message Consent
By checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS from Stillwater Risk Management at the phone number you provide, including by automated means. 6. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
