What you'll do
- Connect with warm leads who've already requested an insurance quote. No cold calling, no prospecting quota.
- Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and recommend the right coverage.
- Bundle and round out households. That's where the real bonus money is.
- Partner with our inbound and service team so you can stay focused on selling.
- Track your pipeline, follow up consistently, and hit personal and team targets.
What we offer
- Pay: $36,000 base + $1,000–$6,000 in monthly bonuses (uncapped). On-target earnings: $48K–$112K.
- Leads: A steady flow of quote requests every month, delivered to you.
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 12 days PTO.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT. No nights. No weekends.
- Location: Remote anywhere in Texas. Equipment provided.
- Environment: Team-driven, energetic, and focused on your success.
What you bring
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required).
- 1+ year of insurance sales experience, or a strong phone-sales background.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset.
- Integrity and a genuine desire to help clients protect what matters most.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
